One night in the near past, Ms. Lilli was entertaining a St. Charles (or 3) in the Library.Study.Lounge and it came to be recognized that we enjoy more NOLA connects than should be legal and that perhaps we could do something about it. before we knew it, we had a party on our hands featuring a couple of our favorite Bayou ex-pats!
Ms. Julia Price has long shared her perspective at her internet salon Biscuits&Brioche. She is not long for Seattle and blessing us with her Boudin Balls as a bon voyage… you don’t wanna miss ‘em.
Matthew Lewis has been making friends and fans chase him all over the Emerald City asking Where Ya At Matt and is about to touch down permanently above Fremont in the former L’il Buckaroo with his new restaurant Roux. He’ll be giving y’all a sneak peek of his new dinner and dessert menu… we heard rabbit and pork and said yes.
Cormac has never been to New Orleans but is convinced his childhood spent fishing crawdads with safety pins and hotdogs in various lakes and streams qualifies him as sorta-Cajun… and he has Jimmy Graham on his fantasy football team so that’s good too. He’ll throw some crawfish in a pot, add some goodness and make y’all suck some mudbugs the way Boudreau do…
4 courses, 45 bucks… Ms. Lilli’s flight d’Orleans $24
