Windy country Louisiana backroads. Fog. Lots and lots of fog. Horses & cows. Barns. Mississippi. Alabama. Seaweed. Long roads. Florida. Pine woods. Thick sweet scent of cotton fields plus Crowded House bring me back to high school days in Louisiana. These roads transport me to a move at 13 with Mom. Bright truck lights and the night lead me to the Days Inn in Perry. Sweet dreams.
